DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We provide different shipping options at checkout. You'll see the shipping carrier, price and estimated delivery times for each at checkout.
Please note that we are a small business and there are different circumstances that may cause processing times to be longer than usual, in case those cases, we'll let you know by adding an announcement to the top of our website.

USPS
We offer USPS First Class Mail (3-5 business days), USPS Priority Mail (2-4 business days), and USPS Express Mail (1-3 business days).

UPS
We offer UPS Ground (3-6 business days), UPS 3-Day, UPS 2-Day, UPS Next Day.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping involves customs procedures in both countries that may incur in delays. We recommend to place your order as earliest as possible to have time to spare in case your package gets affected by this. These are processes in which we have no control over, for this reason we won't be responsible for issuing refunds if a package gets delayed.
​Additional fees, import taxes and/or custom duties may apply to orders shipped outside the United States. All charges for customs clearance are responsibility of the client to pay for. We won't issue any refunds if the package gets sent back because the client refuses to pay those fees.

DELAYED, LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once we ship an order, we can no longer be responsible for its handling. All packages include a tracking number, but once we drop the package with the shipping carrier, we won't have any further information other than the one provided on the tracking page, and won't be able to control the final timeline of the shipment. We recommend ordering as early as possible to avoid delays. All packages will be shipped with insurance, however we are not responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged packages. If one of these situations happen, as a courtesy we can help you file a claim with the shipping carrier to claim the insurance, but we won't be able to issue any refunds. Also as a courtesy, a new order may qualify for a discount, but this will fully depend on the time you have before your event, and our current workload.

Your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double check that this address is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for refunding or reshipping packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the client.

If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors, and check if the shipping address you provided is correct. Please reach out to the shipping carrier for further help.

As most of our products are time sensitive, we are very careful checking if the shipping date works with your event date, however, our commitment is to ship on a specific date and use the appropriate shipping method for it to deliver on the required date, and as much as we'd love to hand deliver each order, we have to rely on shipping companies to deliver. We won't issue any refunds for delayed packages. We strongly recommend to order as earliest as possible.

RETURNS

Unfortunately because of the custom nature of our products, we can't accept returns or exchanges.
Our goal will always be to have happy clients, so to prevent this situations from happening, we insist on reviewing very carefully each proof round during your order process. If there's an error approved by the client, the costs of reprinting must be covered by the client. In case a mistake is made on our part, we'll be glad to resolve the problem as soon as we can at no extra cost.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be canceled for a full refund if it's requested within 48 hours of placing the order.
If an order needs to be cancelled after proofs but before sending to production, a refund will be made minus the applicable fee:
- 50% for invitations
- 30% for everything else
If an order needs to be cancelled after sent to production, no refunds will be made.
