Please read carefully these Terms & Conditions before purchasing from us.
By placing an order through our online store, you agree to the following.


TURNAROUNDS

​Turnaround time is the sum of proofing + processing + shipping times. Please reference individual product pages for times on each product.

Please keep in mind that we are a small business and sometimes our workload can be higher than usual causing processing times to be longer than expected. Before placing your order, please check our announcements to see if there's a delay at the moment.
Promised shipping dates will completely depend on the customer being responsive, we won't be able to proceed with an order if the complete information hasn't been submitted, or if the proofs aren't approved when needed.

Please make sure the email you provided is correct, that's the only way of communication we have with you, so if that's incorrect, we won't be able to proceed with the order.

RUSH ORDERS

​If you require quicker processing times than the ones stated on each product page, we may be able to accommodate your order and ship quicker, but it depends on our current workload and it will incur on a rush order fee of 20% of your total. Contact us to check availability.


DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS

​CRAFTY PAPER CO retains rights to the designs that it creates. All files exchanged during our communication will be for review only. Any unauthorized use of the files exchanged will be considered a violation of our intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, decompile, disassemble, modify or create derivative works with respect to the information/content exchanged.

Our Semi-Custom Collections are intentionally designed. We cannot make major changes other than the personalization options stated on the product page. Our designs are not available in any digital form.

​When you receive a proof, it is your responsibility to review it for any errors, such as spelling, dates, or punctuation. Once the proofs are approved and we send it to production, we cannot make any further changes. If your order was sent to production with an approved error that you failed to correct during the proofing process, you will be responsible for any reprinting costs.

ENVELOPE ADDRESSING

​Cursive fonts increase the chance of USPS returning some envelopes. Please note that we're not responsible for any returned, lost, or damaged envelopes. We highly recommend to order extra invitations sets in case this happens. If an envelope is returned by a mistake made by us on a name or address, we'll replace the mistakes free of charge.

COLORS

​Colors vary from screen to screen, so we recommend ordering a sample pack before placing your order.

HANDMADE PRODUCTS​

The majority of our products are handmade, and as much as we do our best to try and make all the pieces as most similar as possible, due to its handmade nature, pieces can be slightly different.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be canceled with a full refund if it's requested within 48 hours of placing the order.
If an order needs to be cancelled after proofs were sent, but before sending it to production, a refund will be made minus the applicable fee:
- 50% for invitations
- 30% for everything else
If an order needs to be cancelled after it was sent to production, no refunds will be made.

Orders and messages received on weekends or Holidays will be processed the next business day
