PRODUCT DETAILS

Liners are for A7 (5.25” x 7.25”) envelopes made with your choice of eggshell or vellum paper. We offer them with digital printing or white ink.

Assembly of your liners is included in the pricing. Your inner envelopes will arrive with the liners attached to the inner flap.

Our semi-custom invitations are pre-designed and are not available to customize in design or graphics. You’ll be able to choose a design that matches your suite in the personalization form we’ll send after the order is placed.
Color palette changes are available as an add-on here.

Other embellishments and finishing details such as wax seals, vellum, die-cut shapes, gold leaf, and more, are available as add-ons here.

We know that wedding paper language can be a bit complicated at times, but don’t worry, we’re here to help. Please contact us with all your questions and we’d be glad to guide you.

  • Wording. After the order is placed, we’ll send you a personalization form to gather all the details we need to make your first proof. Once we have it back, we’ll send your digital proof within 10 business days.

    All orders include 2 rounds of revisions. Additional rounds will be charged at $50 per round.

    Design. Design changes for our semi-custom suites are not available at the moment. If you want a custom design for your wedding stationery, contact us with your ideas and we’d love to work on something for you.

    Color. Color palette changes are available as an add-on.

  • Proofing. Your digital proof will be sent within 10 business days of receiving the completed personalization forms. Once we get your approval, we go to production.

    Production. This depends on the printing method and embellishments you selected for all the other pieces.

    Liners add 3 business days to the processing time.

    Shipping. Shipping time is additional to production, we offer different options to choose from according to your needs.

  • Depending on your chosen method, shipping will take 1-5 business days. Packages are shipped from San Diego, CA.

    Please note that as much as we’d love to hand deliver every order, packages are in the hands of the shipping companies once they leave our studio, therefore we have to rely on their services. We don’t issue refunds for delays, lost, or undeliverable packages. Still, all invitation packages are shipped with insurance, so be sure that we’ll do our best to help you file a claim, and if time makes it possible, rush a reprint at a discounted price.

  • If you require quicker processing times, we may be able to accommodate a rush order. This will depend on our current workload and how soon the date requested is.

    Rush orders will incur a rush order fee and might need a shipping upgrade.

  • - Promised shipping dates will completely depend on the customer being responsive, we won't be able to ship on time if the proofs aren't approved when needed.

    - Please note that as colors vary from monitor to monitor, they may appear slightly different in person.
